Dear Friends,
the MISSI 2020 Conference has been organized jointly by the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Poland and Association ISEP, France. The Conference was scheduled for August 26-28, 2020. It was to be held in Paris, in one of the most wonderful city in the world.
Unfortunately, the situation became abnormal and extremely dangerous for people not only in France and in Europe. Many countries have been significantly impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19). We witness the worst outbreak of pandemic in living memory. The coronavirus pandemic has caused many events around the world to be cancelled or postponed. After consulting the special session chairs as well as some participants of the MISSI Conferences in the previous years, the organizers have expressed the need to cancel the 2020 edition of the Conference.
We hope that our decision will meet with your full understanding. Nevertheless, we apologize especially to those who have already submitted the papers. We are very sorry and very disappointed but we believe that, to our best knowledge, it is the best path to follow.

See you in Paris in 2022!

The 12th edition of International Conference
on Multimedia & Network Information Systems

MISSI 2020 is an international scientific biennial conference for research on the field of Multimedia and Network Systems. Its 12th edition - MISSI 2020 will be held from 26 till 28 August 2020 was canceled.

The aim of the conference is to provide an internationally respected forum for research on the theoretical or practical aspects of work the mentioned above areas. Papers are invited from prospective authors with interests on the indicated conference topics or on related areas. Contributions from industry and commerce are very welcome and will be presented during the traditional Industrial Session.

MISSI 2020 invites proposals for Special Sessions & Workshops to be held during the conference. Please send your proposal to Marek Kopel (marek.kopel@pwr.edu.pl) using this template.




Submissions

The conference language is English. All contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review period. To ensure high quality, all papers will be thoroughly reviewed by the MISSI 2020 International Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance, significance, and clarity. The proceedings of MISSI 2020 will be published by Springer in series Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing and will be distributed at the conference.
Papers should be prepared according to Spriger Instructions for Authors.
Up to 10 final published pages are complimentary. Additional pages will be subject to the extra-page charge (see Registrarion/Fee).
